FAQ
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How can I request a special order item? A: E-mail Steve directly with your request and he will hunt your item down and provide you with a quote and you to but or pass. Steve’s E-mail is SpecialOrders@Steves-Collectibles.com
Q: Who do you use for your shipping? A: We use a mix of USPS, UPS, for shipping as that provides the ability to track packages, provide delivery confirmation, and acquire signature confirmation on high end items. We also use Trucking Companies for the delivery of our larger display cases due to the fragile nature these items in shipment.
