Applies to all items except coins and all items are F.O.B Shipping Point;

 

FREE Shipping is for the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico,
all other locations will have to add S&H to item. For totals check estimated shipping charges provided within the checkout cart.

 

FREE Shipping is for all orders totaling more than $35. If one or more FREE Shipping items are added to a cart and one or more coins are added to the cart, S&H charges may apply.

Shipping is based on value of total order.


Steve's Collectibles offers the following Returns Policy:
 

 

1.     An order can only be returned within 7 days after that order has been shipped and must be accompanied by an RA#.

 

2.     There will be a 15% restocking fee for any item returned after 20 days of purchase.

 

3.     You (the buyer) are responsible for the freight charge to return the order back to Steve’s Collectibles. Be sure to insure the order during shipping as Steve’s Collectibles will not be responsible for broken or damaged returns and credit may not be given.

 

     4.     There will be no credit given on a product until it is received back at Steve’s Collectibles and is deemed in good and resalable condition. NO returns on ANY GRADED coins. Coins are graded by a third party and the value of said coin(s) is a known value before the time of sale.

 

Damages:

 

1.     All damaged orders must be reported within 7 calendar days from the time the order was shipped.

 

2.     Steve’s Collectibles will not be responsible after the 7 day window expires.

 

3.     A damage call tag will be issued and once the damaged product has been received a replacement order will be shipped. Understand Steve’s Collectibles is not responsible for damages incurred by the carrier.

 

4.     The product will be reshipped under the same shipping method as originally ordered. All expedited shipping charges must be paid by you the customer.

 

Discrepancies, Shortages, and Errors:

 

All discrepancies, shortages, and errors must be reported with 7 calendar days from the time of receipt. Call tags will be issued and replacements sent when the circumstances warrant them.

 

Understand that Steve’s Collectibles primary mission is to provide each and every customer the best in collectibles and supplies at best possible value.

 



 

Lay-A-Way Option:

 

The way it works is that you simply choose the item(s) you wish to buy and add them to your cart. During the check out process you will be provide an option to pay via PayPal, Credit Card, or by Check or Money Order, choose Check or Money Order. At that point we have your order and will pull it out of stock.

 

A down payment is required within the first 10 days of purchase at 10% of the purchase price and payments are required EACH month until the item is paid in full up to 6 months. Once the item is paid in full it will be shipped out. We do not have or add any extra fees or charges for this option. It is just the price of the item and the shipping fees.

 

** If a monthly payment is missed we will send out a payment reminder

** If a monthly payment is missed 2 months in a row after a payment reminder is sent out then item will be placed back into stock and buyer will forfeit the 10% Lay-A-Way down payment.

 

As each payment is received and deducted from the total amount owed we will update amount due. This information can be requested at any time.
