4. There will be no credit given on a product until it is received back at Steve's Collectibles and is deemed in good and resalable condition. NO returns on ANY GRADED Items. Coins/Cards are graded by a third party and the value of said item(s) is a known value before the time of sale.
Damages:
1. All damaged orders must be reported within 7 calendar days from the time the order was shipped.
2. Steve’s Collectibles will not be responsible after the 7 day window expires.
3. A damage call tag will be issued and once the damaged product has been received a replacement order will be shipped. Understand Steve’s Collectibles is not responsible for damages incurred by the carrier.
4. The product will be reshipped under the same shipping method as originally ordered. All expedited shipping charges must be paid by you the customer.
Discrepancies, Shortages, and Errors:
All discrepancies, shortages, and errors must be reported with 7 calendar days from the time of receipt. Call tags will be issued and replacements sent when the circumstances warrant them.
